Greek Chicken,cooking on my vacation

My vacation in Malibu, California was the greatest of all my summer vacations. This year we decided to rent a townhouse at the Pointe in Malibu, My 2 girls ages 13 & 16 loved going to the beach and shopping down town. From the moment we arrived at our location,we were greeted by so many wonder people. It was sunny each day so we stayed were busy from morning till night. In the evening after a full day of fun the girls and I would settle in at the Pointe for another enjoyable night preparing some of the best time saving gourmet meals that were effortless. Having meet new friends these meals made it easy to entertain people we made in and around the community

Oscars Greek Chicken
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
2 lemons, juiced
1 (4 pound) chicken, cut into pieces
DIRECTIONS
In a glass dish, mix the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and lemon juice.
Place the skinned or skinless chicken pieces in the mixture, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat grill for high heat. Or Oven Broil
Lightly oil the grill grate. Or low 1inch walled cooking tin
Place chicken on the grill, or broiler and discard unused marinade.
Cook chicken pieces up to 15 minutes per side, until juices run clear.
Smaller pieces will not take as long.
